Today, much to my surprise and delight, I was asked to sign off on delivery of a special package of Cookies By George with a handwritten card giving my team some seriously cool accolades! It read:

Hi all, thanks so much for the awesome customer service. You respond very quickly, especially with our urgent requests. We really appreciate the great work and cheerfulness – Tammy Hayne & Pam Sims

This is a testament to my team and their relentless focus on customer service and I am both proud and privileged to be working with them. It really drives home that we are achieving our team built mission and it was a nice way to end the week!
